The most cost-effective way of using my Workforce counselling service is by Affiliation. Your company pays an annual fee based on the number of employees to be covered, and these employees can access the service as many times as they wish over the course of the year. The more the service is publicised by your company and by your employees’ recommendation, the better value-for-money it becomes.
Alternatively, I can offer counselling to employees referred on an individual basis. There is a fixed fee for this, based on the number of sessions offered (usually 6).
